- Platform for unemployed youth. An action research on success factors for low-educated, long-term unemployed youth on the labor market, 15 June 2007 – 30 September 2008
- Strategies of demand-led employment services with special emphasis on hard-to-fill vacancies, December 2007 – November 2008. Influenced by demographic, economic and social-cultural trends the labor market in Flanders is characterized by growing shortages of the labor force and, as a consequence, vacancies which are hard to fill. One major policy answer is to make the Flemish public employment service more demand oriented. The research question is how, through which strategies, forms and instruments, this can be realized.
- Work-to-work transitions: the outplacement market in Flanders, 01 October 2007 – 30 June 2008. This research wants to identify factors that are facilitating or inhibiting the growth of the outplacement market.
- Evaluation research of entry jobs granted to the federal policy of big cities, 01 July 2007 – 31 March 2008
- Mobility solutions in practice. The stock-taking of partners, instruments and activities aimed at outplacement of redundant workers, 08 January 2008 – 15 February 2008
- The compulsive force of reform. The emergence and consequences of market competition on employment services. An in-depth analysis of the process of change in Belgium, the Netherlands and Australia over the past 15 years.
